How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Taxolio → Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
How do I delete my account?
Open Taxolio → Profile tab → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and stored securely via Supabase on US-based servers. We use row-level security to ensure only you can access your data.
Is this tax advice?
No — Taxolio is an organizational tool, not a tax advisor. It helps you track and categorize receipts, but it does not provide tax, legal, or financial advice. Always consult a qualified tax professional.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data remains in the app until you choose to delete your account. Cancelling your subscription stops future billing but does not delete your records.
Does Taxolio work without an internet connection?
Yes. You can scan receipts offline and they will automatically sync to your account once you have an internet connection.
